I'm running Apache 1.3 on Windows XP Pro and whenever I try to do something
to a folder (such as copy a file to that folder) in PHP, it gives me a
permission denied error. I've tried pretty much all I know to do, I've
disabled read-only and everything. I even tried CHMODing the folder in an
FTP program through BulletProof FTP server. What can I do to change the
permissions of folders in Windows with Apache?
Thanks,
Stephen Craton
