I am on NTFS. I don't have IIS installed, which may be causing it, because
when it is installed, I do believe those functions were there... Not sure
though.

- That's weird. I guess you are using a FAT file system? Permissions only
- apply if you're using NTFS, so I have no idea why you'd get a
- "permission denied" error on a filesystem that doesn't implement them...
