Go to the PHP site (www.php.net) and in the functions menu look for
mktime(). It is not very intuitive so I can't describe it better because
I've had to go to their site again every time I've needed to use it. I
generally declare a variable and assign the system time to it then use that
variable in the mktime function to add or subtract whatever I need to
