Your example doesn't mention where people are going to be storing their
results and how those stored results will affect the future pages viewed by
other users. Regardless, the answer is no. Either you'll have to store it
to a file directly using PHP's file commands or to a database file using
PHP's database commands.

A database is generally a more efficient way to store and retrieve
information.
