Without seeing your code, the database structure and the data you're trying
to put into the database, one can only speculate...
a) Perhaps a datatype you're trying to submit is incorrect or duplicates an
existing record, so the database is rejecting it.
b) Perhaps there's validation code inside the PHP script before it does the
insert and the data you're trying to enter fails one or more of the
validation tests.
c) The computer is feeling persnickitey. :)
