I am writing an extension function similar to the following :
void dogmonster_create(INTERNAL_FUNCTION_PARAMETERS)
{
CCrazyDog *pGoldenRetriever = new CCrazyDog();
pGoldenRetriever->JumpOnPerson();
bla...bla...bla
}
I have looked around through the source (and at least at this hour)
can't seem to find any examples of classes inside
extension functions. I am concerned that since the doc mentions
functions such as emalloc and efree but has no references to
a enew or edelete.
Since there isn't, I am trying to determine if there are any adverse
effects to using C++ classes (at least new'd classes) within an
extension function.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
