#PHP on efnet is often brimming with people, you can nearly always find
someone awake to chat too, #php on irc.openprojects.net is a lot quieter as
is #php on ircnet. Getting onto efnet can be a bit difficult without identd
but servers worth trying are irc.ef.net, irc.lightning.net and
irc.homelien.org, there maybe others detailed at www.efnet.org in your
locallity so try there too. If you are interested in talking about
development of PHP then its probably best to goto the efnet channel as quite
a few members of the dev team are there. If you want to talk about general
php coding etc take your pick..
