The query error says the query is empty.
But when I test this with:
$QRY = "SELECT * FROM MembersData";
It executes fine.
The user stipulated in the connection string has complete privileges and
the
output file is intended for download, not remote access through a web
browser or PHP.
Have you had similar issues with outputting data...?

2. The database user may not have permissions to write to that
directory. Just because they can access the database doesn't mean that
they can access the file system. Have you tried the query with the "INTO
OUTFILE" from the command line?
