Hey Folks: An update for you... > This runs fine from the command line but does nothing when hit from a web > page. Turns out the problem was my ISP's operating system kernel. None of the VeriSign / Signio Payflow Pro software versions were proper for the web server's existing kernel. The program worked from the command line because it's a different OS on the command line vs being hit from a web page. The problem with the kernel was they're running NetBSD without a particular Linux emulation needed to make Payflow Pro work. So, they were kind enough to add such emulation. Voila!
