Do you mean you installed tidy php module on your hosting company server? Then you need to load the module using dl(): if (!extension_loaded('tidy')) { if (strtoupper(substr(PHP_OS, 0, 3) == 'WIN')) {

       dl('/path/to/php_tidy.dll');

} else {

       dl('/path/to/tidy.so');

} } Loading extensions might be disalowed by your hosting company.
