since HTTP_REFERER can be switched off by the user-agent and there is no
*must* to send it in the HTTP standard, it's bad to rely on HTTP_REFERER on
your site, becuase you'll lock people out. I guess your browser is
configured like this:
If (protocol == HTTPS) don't send HTTP_REFERER-header;
and that's why you can't see the Referrer.
