Your question is completely vague. Anyway, the best way to find matching
records is writing a good SQL query that will return only the matching
records. Then, you use PHP to do something with those matched records.
By the way, if you want to loop through the results of a MySQL query, the
handiest function is a while loop on mysql_fetch_array().
