I've been looking at some of the PHP ftp functions and I had a couple of
questions.
1) If you want to upload several files or a whole directory of files, would
it be best to just put those uploads in a loop, or is there already some
better recursive option that I'm not seeing.
2) Is there anyway to move a file from one directory on the ftp site to
another directory? Would rename work for that? Does rename work to change
directory names? (the manual just mentions files)
Thanks,
Paul
P.S. Does anyone know of a unix program that can upload whole directory
structures to an FTP server at a time? I don't see an option for it in the
standard FTP program. Right now, I'm using
scp -p -r to do it, but an FTP
alternative would be great.
