Well, for one more browsers use frames than the ones that use JS. Besides
some users may have JS turned off. Now the scenario is this, someone is
imprisoning my site in their frames.
A JS based solution is possible, but I want to know if there is a server
based soln, i.e. by a sending a redirection header. As far as I've known
such headers redirect only the page and not the entire frame.
The redirection is more of a refresh with the same contents being loaded in
the entire window and not the frame.
