a frameset of 0 will start Java (the security manager) on NS.
given that you accept to condition the user to have JS enable (not so
funny on IE, IMO) you can do some magic voodoo w/ it.
(i.e, tip: NS accepts and interprets on-the-fly JS pages, so a get/post
resulting in application/x-javascript can emulate a callback a la RPC).
