Hi,
I just put a first test version of phpWin32SxM online at
http://gravedancer.rc5.de/phpWin32SxM/
phpWin32SxM is a ("fake") implementation of the sysvsem and sysvshm
functions for the Win32 platform, written in pure PHP and using SQL
tables to emulate shared memory and semaphores.
Enjoy,
Sebastian
