This can be done in PHP
//declare it's value in the while loop
$project_name = $row[$i];
// check if it is a dup
if($project_name != $project_name_save)
{
//if it has not yet been displayed then copy it to save vairiable
$project_name = $project_name_save;
// then echo it out
echo "$project_name";
}else{
// if it a duplicate then do nothing
}
