Password-Protection Soft. Please advise.

Hi All, my company urgently needs a software to allow logins for their subscribers . It has to be written in PHP with MySQL DB. Over 3000 subscribers. I would like it to be using sessions. Store the login-names and passwords in the database. some features like "retrieve password" "subscribe online" "generate a password for the first time use and be able (or even require) to change it at the first login" some administrative section like "my account" where they could change their info ( password, names, addr.. ). set password expiration dates etc..
