add this code aqfter u open the file:
while($ret = fgets($fp,4096){$string .= $ret;}
now all the data u need is locate in $ret so u can save it :
$w = open("test150.jpg","a");
fputs($w,$string);
close($w);
now the file was saved on ur local drive.
