Urgent Help Serious Problem.......Plzz..help urgent........

Hi Guyz. I really need help on this problem urgently..please help me out,... I just want to make a directory called admin on my apache webserver Protected. Admin directory is under: /usr/local/apache/htdocs/admin My password file is under /etc/.htpasswd Now can anybody tell me what lines should I exactly add in the httpd.conf file to make it password protected. Really need help urgently...I am working on a website..and somebody is troubling me getting into the admin section...I really need help on this one.. Thanx! alot!
