Hi, Just wondering if anybody has any idea what the following means when I do a var_dump on a $row_id variable passed back from Oracle: ['descriptor']=resource(16) of type 12 I know resources are new in php4 but haven't got a clue of how I'm supposed to access them . we solved the problem by converting the row_id to a varchar within our PL/SQL and passed it back into oracle which seemed to work (well it did) Anybody got any ideas (when I try to do a get_class_method or similar, php4 just fallsover returning nothing to error_log or screen) Love to know whats happening but don't need a solution Cheers Tim Parkin Didio Communications
