You should remember their SID and if these are repeating do not process the
submission. Additionally, make it VERY EASY to navigate. No Other Way. (that

I have a script that has several forms that return to the same file with
PHP_SELF How can I keep users from using the back button and re-entering
data into a form that they have already used once?
