just make it:
echo '<input name="f1" value="Hello Sweet World">';
you can even make then this:
$staff = '<input name="f1" value="Hello Sweet World">';
$myFile = fopen($file,'w');
fputs($myFile, $staff);
fclose($myFile);
And you'll get a PHP file created. But this is just for fun, in case you
don't care :-))
Cheers!
