I have the following code:
$value = explode("(", $buffer);
$value = explode(")", $value[1]);
So $value[1] should have what is inside of the parentheses of a string. It does, but the following
line doesn't work as expected:
$myData[$counter]->value = $value[1];
While $value[1] contains the proper value, $myData[$counter]->value contains absolutely nothing,
right after the above line of code. Is this a huge bug? I can't think of a more straightforward
assignment than the above, but still there is nothing being assigned! Incidentally, the above will
work for any $value[1] without a space in it (so I know I'm addressing the right array element,
because everything else will print out).
Can someone explain to me what's going on?
