I meet some problem during my convertion format of the
time (e.g. 12-02-1911)
I intend to convert (e.g.12-FEB-11) to (e.g.
12-02-1911)
My coding is as :
$r=strtotime ("12-FEB-11") . "\n";
echo date("d-m-Y",$r);
The answer I got is 12-02-2011.... How can I solve
this problem. What is the limitation of time...
PS: when I use 12-FEB-87 it will result a correct answer...
