Geekfinder is good, but also use Monster.com (or .ca if you are in Canada).
Every job I've had since I left college (a short 2 years ago) I've gotten
though Monster.ca. Sure I've only had 2 jobs but I got them both because of
Monster.ca. And I still get calls every couple of weeks from people looking for
a PHP developer. Plus, if you get a job via them they'll send you a free
'congradulations' prize..hehe
(sorry if someone else has already plugged Monster I haven't really been
following this thread)
My $0.02 :)
