ok so i wrote this script..

simple enough right?? i only wrote it to understand the fopen fputs and
fclose commands.
it works fine except for one small problem.. this is the file

/bin/bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission denied
shitty

i have no idea why its attempting to open roots .bashrc
the user that runs apache is www (group www)
all permissions look fine..
www:x:502:504:www:/www:/bin/bash
/etc/passwd shows the correct home directory and the user has its own
.bashrc
any help???
