What do you mean by refresh page immediately first time? Do you want the
user to view the page or not ;)
You can use php Header() function to redirect or refresh without showing
any content :) or use a meta tag in between <HEAD> and </HEAD>
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0; URL=blah_blah">
where 0 is second (immediately) and blah_blah is URL.
