Sure, have the initial php send a meta tag with a refresh time of 0, or a header
redirect... And have the url that it refreshes to, or redirects to include a
variable on the URL like...
if(!isset($dontrefreshquick) && $dontresfreshquick != 1){
echo meta tag to refresh right away;
url=foo.php3?dontrefreshquick=1
} else {
echo metat tag to refresh slowly;
}
