Why the hell would you want to use Apache on win2K?
With all due respect, and I have huge respect for Apache (Weberdev uses it)
nothing will give you web performance on win2K like IIS5. The integration
between IIS5 and win2K in every aspect is not matched by any 3rd party.
While we are on the ASP/PHP question, and despite my obvious fondness
to PHP, if you decided to go with win2K, go with the complete package
e.g. win2K, IIS5, MSSQL 7.0 (or maybe the SQL2000 B2 that is roaming
the area lately).
But while we are on the subject... why not take your server, use that little
program called FDISK and install Linux / Apache / php / MySQL? Now that's
a winning combination :)
Sincerely
