Have you actually looked at that link he posted? It's obvious he doesn't have any PHP-related questions. He should be asking HTML questions. I didn't think real people actually used frames anymore. I thought they went out of style about the same time color tv came out. You know this page would use the blink tag had it not been dropped in the HTML4.0 spec.
