I've just spent a week trying to figure out how to get apache working
with php, ssl and sql, then another two weeks trying to do all that and
pdf. When I went back through the mailing list archives there were an
awful lot of people asking, and very few useful answers.
The two scripts that I eventually came up with can be found on
http://zcat.themall.co.nz. The pdf one is not overly well
tested; our
development server works now but I'd really like to test it again on
a totally clean install before I try to upgrade the production server.
Hope this helps someone..
