Need help on sorting

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me with sorting. I am trying to make a review submiter.I understand everything else. What I am going to do is make a form with all the field named. Then submit will lead to a page that will make the .php file with the content on it. I will also get it to write a file with the review name. Just if I write the file they will just be put at the bottom. A Z review could be over an A one. What I need to do is sort the index. So it will put them all in order. The review title will probably have multiple words. If someone could PLEASE e-mail me on how to do this it would be Greatly helpful. Thanks.
