need help with multiple "forms" on the same page

Pardon this elementary question, but .... I need to gain one response, "Submit" the form, then have another "form" with yet another question appear on the same page, not a subsequent one .... I hope my question is clear ... I need one pulldown menu, "submit," then another pulldown menu, then another "submit," all on the same web page.... Is this possible? I hope I've made myself clear and that someone else with no life can help me on a Saturday night ... Thanks in advance, Kenn
