You could have both the drop downs in the same form. Just name the SUBMIT
buttons differently.
<input type="submit" name="submit1">
<input type="submit" name="submit2">
and so on. Otherwise, you could try with a different VALUE.
<input type="submit" name="submit1" value="1">
<input type="submit" name="submit1" value="2">
This way, in your JavaScript (on the client side) and on the PHP script (on
the server side) you can differentiate between the two submit buttons.
