Hi Sonya,
You can download the option pack from:
http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/
Scroll down to the bottom of the page for: Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack.
The option pack will detect whether you have NT Workstation or Server, and
install PWS or IIS, respectively.
