Hi,
Is it possible to do IP 2 IP communication with PHP.
Some OT questions :
(1) How can I maybe define port 3322 on a PC so that
my chat service can run from here ?
(2) How is a port actually made on a computer ?
I don't know the above stuff, probably never thought
of it earlier, if someone could also point me to a
nice web resource!
