Hi,
I am trying to decide what class to use in order to implement our new site
with temnplates...
Does anyone here have a suggestion? I tried PHPLIB's template system but i
am finding it a KILLER... so complex! I was able to get a template working,
but to get one template into another is KILLING me!!!
Why is it so complex? Or am i too idiot for it?
Here is what i want to be able to establish:
[indextpl.ihtml]

{page_title}

{menu}
{page}

[end indextpl.ihtml]
[menutpl.ihtml]
- manu item1
- menu item 2
- menu item 3
[end menutpl.ihtml]
[pagetemplate.ihtml]
Here is some info....

{info_name} ({info_info})

[end pagetemplate.ihtml]
Now how can i have this kind of setup easily? Basically, i want basic
template functionality, Template Embedding, and Template repeating of
data....
I would also like to use this with a Caching class on top, such as
GENERALIZED_CACHED_TEMPLATE class (available at
phpclasses.upperdesign.com)...
Any help is GREATLY appreciated! I simply cannot believe that all templates
make it this cryptic for developers.... All these set_blocks, and set_files,
and set_variables, and parse, then p, then ahhhhhhhhhrrrrggghhh!!!!! I am
going crazy!!!! :(((((
