FastTemplate is a PHP class written by CDI (http://thewebmasters.net/).
You need to download the FastTemplate package
(http://www.thewebmasters.net/php/FastTemplate.phtml) and install it
somewhere in your include_path so that whatever is asking for it gets
it.
You probably have installed some kind of php software which needs
FastTemplate.
