Generally, any book on C++ would suffice, but as PHP's support for OO paradigms
is not the brightest I think you should go with any online tutorial.
But, take the same steps as programming did. First try to acommodate with PHP,
by coding in a procedural manner. An at some point you'll realize you need to
organize your code, for more flexibility and mentenability, for easier understanding
of what's going on.
Take any book on any OOP and check the first chapters on OO paradigms.
For advanced use of classes and patterns I would recommend "Design Patterns"
by Gamma et al. I found it to be great.
