Aren't cookies changed when response is coming from
web server that created them?
So was big deal if someone copy a cookie from my pc?

In Netscape, cookies are stored in a single text file. It is quite
easy to copy the entire file, or a single entry from one machine to
another.
I don't have IE on any of my machines, but I believe I read that it
stores cookies one per file in a directory somewhere, this makes it
MUCH easier to move a single cookie from one machine to another.
