Use the ACTION and TARGET to send the request back to the main page -- the
FRAMESET page.
Then pass down the data to the two frames:
<FRAMESET ....
<FRAME src=nav.php?var=<?php print URLEncode($var);?> ....
<FRAME src=content.php?var=<?php print URLEncode($var);?>....
.
.
.
Or maybe you just are trying to send the data from nav.php to content.php,
in which case you just need to NAME=content the second frame, and use
TARGET=content in the nav.php file.
