I hate to tell you this, but that's a browser issue.
However, an idea! Make two files, dotter1.php and dotter2.php, both with
the following contents:
<?php
include("./dotter.php");
?>
or make them symlinks, whichever. Then tell the frames to get those, ahem,
"separate" pages.
