libmcrypt.dll should be somewhere in your path \winnt\system32 (if you are using NT or Windows
2000). php_mcrypt.dll loaded with dl("php_mcrypt.dll") or from php.ini with
extension=php_mcrypt.dll uses libmcrypt.dll.
