I have been and still am using an Amiga for Web development. I just can't
live without Cygnus Ed or Directory Opus. I can try anything else, but
it's like try to write with the left hand being right-handed.
For a while I tried to build Apache with PHP but the fork() emulation of
ixemul.library was not good enough and crashes became unbearable.
So, now I have a Linux box to build and run Apache and PHP but my PHP
scripts of my sites are still on the Amiga where I can use Cygnus Ed to
edit them and are made available to the Linux via NFS.
