Should get you started. Also, you can dump your database through
your phpMyAdmin OR with mysqldump :

Although I donno how to run mysql shell commands through windows. Hmm.
Well, in your phpMyAdmin you will see this :
* View dump (schema) of table
Do that and check "Structure and data", if you choose "Send" it will send
it to you otherwise it'll spit it out on your screen. And for
clarification, PHP does not have a database but allows one to access them,
MySQL being one of them ... which is what you chose to use. I don't feel
like writing a lot today ... will share a few links :
