Hi,
You won't have to input it all over again, no... Do a DUMP from
PHPMyAdmin and you'll get a text file with "INSERT INTO" commands and so
on... Run the contents of that file on the remote PHPMyAdmin and it'll make
the table and insert all your data, etc. etc.
PHPMyAdmin is a nice tool. Just make sure you DUMP and not DROP. :)
