When I run the following simple PHP script in my browser:
<?php
$link=mysql_pconnect("localhost","","")
mysql_select_db("pby")
$result=mysql_query("show tables")
printf("rows = %d\n", mysql_num_rows($result));
?>
...it runs fine, the first time. The next time I run it, I get:
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01AFDD0A
...The next time I run it (w/o exiting the browser), it's fine. The next
time, the same error. And so it goes: results alternate between what is
expected, and the above error.
Any ideas? Permissions maybe? I've tried using mysql_close() at the end
(even though the doc says it's not needed), but to no avail.
