Thanks > In that case, you need to change in your php.ini: java.class.path = .\php_java.jar to: java.class.path=c:\php_403\extensions\jdk1.3\php_java.jar This assumes that you already have rt.jar and the other JDK jars in your system CLASSPATH as I believe the java.class.path entry in php.ini is prepended to the system CLASSPATH. Alternatively, you might wish to list all the jar files you need in your java.class.path entry in php.ini to be safe. Alex
