Its just that under HIGH load, php and mysql won't hold, no matter how well
designed your forum is. (Say, couple of million hits and 100K post a month
on a forum) Not so much a problem with the php scripts, but more an
architectural limitation of the standard stateless 'run once' webscript
model. (A model not ideal for forums.)
Not a problem for most, but it is for some.
